The most impressive feature of Facebook is that, it reminds you about your friend’s birthdays. But it also has an option to export the birthday’s to your favorite calendar applications like Google calendar, Apple iCal and Microsoft Outlook. Here’s how you can export all your friend’s birthdays from Facebook and import it into Google Calendar very easily.
1. Log in to your Facebook account and point your mouse to “Events” (Located at the left side menu)
- Click Events from the left side menu
2. Click the drop down menu which located next to “Create Event” and select “Birthday”
- Click “Birthday” from the drop down menu
3. In the birthday page, again click the drop down menu and select “Export Birthdays…”.
- Click the drop down menu & select Export Birthdays…
4. You can see a dialog box with an export URL. Just copy the URL to the clipboard.

5. Now, log in to your Google calendar account and click “Other Calendars” from the left side menu and select “Add by URL”.

6. Paste the Facebook export URL in the pop up and click “Add Calendar”.

7. That’s it! You will see your “Facebook Friends’ Birthdays” under “Other Calendars”.
Of course, you can make use of various Google calendar features like alerting to email or sms to help you to remember your friend’s birthdays.
