How to use Windows 8 on an iPad using the Testbed app?

Well, there is no windows 8 tablet available until later this year. If you want to try out the windows 8 metro UI on an iPad, then here’s the cool app that lets you to experience windows 8 on an iPad. The infamous Splashtop app called ‘Win8 Metro Testbed’  is a desktop streaming app for both the iOS and Android devices.

Here’s how you can test drive Windows 8 on your iPad?

You need a PC running Windows 8 Consumer Preview with a Splashtop’s free Streamer program installed on it. This will allow the desktop’s audio and video to be streamed over Wi-Fi to iPad through the app at 60 frames per second. The application allows you to experience the native windows 8 tablet gestures like swiping left and right to navigate the apps or invoking charm menus, running two apps side by side by swiping slowly across the screen. But the app reported to have a limitation for an iPad camera support.
