Need a simple application to add some spicy look to your iOS Home screen icons? Athena, a new app from Cydia might be handy. It means, you can easily change the color of each app’s icon to your interest without using bulky apps like WinterBoard. Athena comes with wide range of options, which you can find from its settings panel. Once installed, you can jump into the Settings app to find the list of options. For instance, you’ll find an option to change the color scheme, blend mode, intensity, DoNotDisturb and Alpha. Each option can be toggled On/Off and can be chosen on per app basis for all the apps.
Changing the color scheme will change the icon’s color, changing the Blend mode will change icon’s lighting, Alpha changes opacity and intensity changes the color’s level. Athena costs $0.99 at BigBoss repo for Cydia. Checkout and let us know how it worked for you.
