Samsung Showcases World’s first Curved OLED TV

CES 2013 — This could be the World’s first Curved OLED TV ever! Innovated by Samsung, it was showcased during the CES 2013 in Las Vegas. The company claims it’s the first OLED TV, that comes with the curved design. Yes! I looked bit curvey when we sat in front of the TV.

So, What is the advantage of Curved TV?

According to the presentation from Samsung, the company says – the curved TV gives panoramic images such as nature scenes shown more realistic. Normally while watching LCD TV’s from different angles, it loses color saturation sometimes, but OLED TV doesn’t.

The reports says, Samsung’s Curved OLED is just a concept and there are no plans when it will hit the markets.
