‘Call me Maybe’ fame Carly Rae Jepsen nude pictures hacker suspect arrested

Earlier this year, we got news that the “Call me Maybe” pop-singer’s personal photos were hacked! Carly Rae Jepsen lodged a complaint to the Vancouver Police Department after allegedly having naked photos stolen from her personal computer.

Now the update is that, Christopher David Long, a 25-year-old man,  turned himself to Vancouver police in relation to this theft.  And he has been charged for fraudulently obtaining telecommunications services, unauthorized use of computer, mischief to data, identity fraud, and possession of stolen property.

It is also alleged that David Long was attempting to sell images of the singer to various websites!

Doesn’t that sound similar to the case of Christina Aguilera, Snooki, Scarlett Johansson, Renee Olstead, Milan Kunis and many other celebrities?

Whether celebrity or not you should be aware  not to become a victim of these kind of issues, so, keep in mind to ensure that you have strong enough passwords that cannot be hacked! The other best solution is not to take awkward pictures of yourself!
