Datsun Go will be unveiled at the Indian Auto Expo 2014

Datsun GO by the Japanese automobile giant Nissan which is expected to go on sale by March 2014. The company is planning to launch the Datsun Go in the Indian Auto Expo 2014 along with the Go+ MPV and also a concept car is planning to be unveiled.

The Datsun Go is a compact hatchback which can seat up to 5 people. The car is aimed at the overly popular Alto. Datsun will start production on February 4th at the Renault-Nissan JV Chennai plant. The car will come with a 1.2L Petrol engine which is also fueling the Micra and the Micra Active. It comes with all standard features and if you want some exclusive features, you might have to spend in extra bucks. Power is transmitted to the front axle by the transmission which is a five-speed. The car also has a mobile docking system which can be used to connect your smartphones which first featured with the first redesign of the Honda city. It has become a standard and an easier way of accessing music unlike the traditional way of using a pen drive or an AUX cable.
