To drink or not to drink? Drop your pd.id into your drink to know the answer!

As a society we have come a long way, we are educated, established enough at a very young age, liberal in our views, claim to be non-judgmental and all these are achievements on our parts. It would be taking things to a bit extreme if I happen to say things aren’t the same these days as there are things which are as same today as they were yesterday- things or rather people in the form of danger.

So yes, with all the fancy terms describing  freedom and rights, there’s an addition in terms describing crime, as well. Crime against women is on rise and no, it isn’t only in the country, but the same follows for the world in general. The fairer sex have always been targeted-forcibly and seemingly not so forcibly, at times. While in the former, the victim can raise a ruckus, but in the latter, the victims may be cunningly wooed into a trap where raising ruckus can happen only once an unfortunate chain of events or crime takes place-imagine a date.

What if you are out on a date with somebody who has plans for you post date which you are unaware of? What if  your date spikes your drink? And while you may come up with numerous replies, the fact that date rapes are on a rise will still reign. So, now what? Doubt everyone you go out with? Stop dating? Well, the shady characters who spike drinks don’t necessarily have to be a date, he (or she) can be just about anybody-business associate, friend, acquaintance-basically a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Why not get pd.id instead and steer clear of the spiked drinks?

How safe is your drink?

It deceptively looks like a data-card device, but it is a secret weapon which would tell you-to drink or not? The device is a battery operated piece which is thoughtfully designed keeping in mind millions of victims out there. All you need to do is stash it in your purse or wallet once you set out of your place and dip it in your drink once it arrives. In case the LED lights blinks at the end of the device after being dipped in the drink for a second, then dump the drink and order a new one (better still, get out of the place). And for those, who love to see results of all sorts right on their phone’s screen-worry not, pd.id is compatible with phones, as well. All you need to do is install the app and the device would send the results right to your phone.

Dip it to know it

Yes, it can be reused as many number of times as you want to. It can also (at times) identify the foreign element added to your drink by it’s name. But, how does it work? A student of chemistry might know the part which you are unaware of- a drink is constituted with a spectrum of molecules and that’s what the device analyses to give you precise answers. Smart, right? Who wouldn’t want to be smart!
