FPV unveiled performance based executive vehicle – F6 E

FPV – Ford Performance Vehicle unveiled its all-new concept vehicle F6E mainly focussed on producing performance based executive vehicle.

The Ford F6E is powered by a turbocharged 4.0 litre DOHC 24 valve in-line six. Max power of 310KW (421hp) at 565Nm achieved between 1,950 to 5,200 rpm. Mated to this engine is a 6-speed automatic ZF gearbox with sequential Sports shift. FPV says the car’s average fuel consumption is 12.1 litres per 100km. To help stop this high-performance vehicle on its tracks are Brembo brakes fitted for the 19-inch wheels.

“The F6 E has been designed to satisfy calls from the market for more performance based executive vehicles”, Ford Performance Vehciles General Manager Rod Barrett said.

The FPV says that its target pricing for the F6E is $78,190. Nothing is certain in the current economic environment, but this is one car we most definitely would like to see taken from concept to production.
