Glassdoor tells which is the best firm to work

Glassdoor.com is a community website, which provides career advices.  Its a beta realeased online community, where employee from various top companies participate and discuss about their work place & salaries. Glassdoor has recently released top 50 best companies to work for.  This community site released with  caption “See what employees are saying”. As caption says, its a place of employees gathered for sharing their work experiences.

This site helps employees to rate themselves among the world Human Resources market.   And Glassdoor.com has been selected among Top 100 Undiscovered Web Site of 2008 by PCWorld Magazine.
