How to setup a backup power supply to serve server loads or home loads using APC BAL UPS BI1000I?

I have explained how i have setup backup power supply to serve my server loads….The model that i used is APC BAL UPS BI1000I, it a 1000VA (660 watts) which is connected to external batteries of 100 AMP. This system holds backup for around 4-5 hours for 5 computers. Not servers really….in case, if you want the UPS to serve your server loads, then you might probably go for higher capacity UPS…..this UPS can server around 1hr to 2hr backup time for a server.
