HP Slate 21 Pro is an Android Tablet and HDMI Input Monitor [CES]
Today’s technology is far from the traditional personal computers that we used in the past. Yes, we saw Lenovo Yoga 2 Tablet cum Laptop announced during the CES 2014 and now HP shows off Slate 21 Pro, which is an 21.5 inch Android all-in-one desktop tablet that acts as a PC monitor as well.
The HP Slate 21 Pro comes with 16GB of built-in storage, 2GB RAM and Android 4.3 operating system. It is powered by quad core Nvidia Tegra 4 processor and a huge IPS display with pixel resolution of 1,920×1,080. It also comes with a keyboard and mouse.
HDMI Input Monitor
The all-in-one tablet can turn into a monitor via HDMI Input, which is an 1080p optical touch screen IPS monitor. It sports three USB 2.0 ports, USB 2.0 upstream port for windows touch display compatibility, Ethernet, audio and mic. In the connectivity front, it comes with 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It also has 720p web cam, microphone, SD card slot and stereo speakers.
Pre-installed Tools
Another interesting deal is the pre-loaded tools such as Citrix XenMobile, HP My Room, Skype, King Office suite and Receiver support.
