Is Audi the most luxurious car brand of 2013?

Audi is a German automobile company which designs, engineers and distributes automobiles. It is headquartered at Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany.

In the previous year, Audi grabbed the top position of the Luxurious cars having valid sales record in 2013. Audi made around 10,002 units last year and sold around 10,000 units. Mercedes Benz came second in the line with around 9,000 units in 2013. Audi managed to surpass its German counterpart (Mercedez Benz) without introducing any new model in the market. All Audi did was facelift, a sports version and new variants and give the special edition. But the strategy seemed to have worked well and in favour of Indian customers. Indian people buy Audi for the brand name and for the style and respect that you get when you go in one. There are a lot of Audi A4s and A6s on the roads nowadays. Audi Q series follows the A range. Mercedes Benz follows Audi up closely. 2013 is also said to be the year for Mercedes Benz to be in the offensive. As Benz is more costly, and may have high maintenance cost, people don’t tend to buy a Benz. Comfort and luxury in Audi cannot be matched and is one of a kind. The main beauty of an Audi is its LED lighting system which is super and very cool. All the cars of Audi are majestic (especially the A7) and are sure to win a place in our hearts.

The Audi cars from the start up of the company are:

  1. Audi type E
  2. IFA F9
  3. Audi 80
  4. Audi Quattro
  5. Audi 100 c3
  6. Audi TT
  7. Audi Q7
  8. Audi A series and
  9. Audi R8

There are in total 9 production facilities in 8 different countries.

The statistics is sort of Incomplete as BMW has not released its selling stats for the year of 2013 which is rather odd. BMW was holding the top spot for four consecutive years until 2012. BMW is known for its safety and driveability. You can have a very smooth experience in a BMW. But if also BMW released its stats, it couldnt have beaten Audi. Way to go Audi.
