Microsoft fixes eight security bugs

Microsoft, the software gaint had released patches for its softwares that fixes eight security holes. Microsoft released patches for its Internet Explorer web browser, Exchange e-mail server and Microsoft SQL Server.

The fixes were released on Microsoft’s regular monthly schedule that closes two critical vulnerabilities in Internet Explorer running in Windows XP.

The second patch fixes two more bugs in Microsoft’s exchange e-mail server, that can compromise the organization email server.

Microsoft SQL Server also had some fixes, where an attacker can take full control of database server. The remaining patches closed three security holes in Microsoft Office’s Viso component.
