Panasonic Launches Two ToughPad Tablets – Android and Windows 8 Pro

CES 2013 – Panasonic announced two ToughPad tablets, one running Android operating system and the other running Windows 8 Pro operating system. The model name of the android tablet is JT-B1, which is 7-inch in size with the pixel resolution of 1024×600, powered by 1.5 GHz dual core processor, 1GB RAM and 16GB storage space with an expandable microSD card. The tablet also features 13 megapixel camera on the back and 1.3 megapixel on the front. In the connectivity front, it supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G and an optional LTE + 3G Chip.

Panasonic’s other ToughPad is an 10 inch Windows 8 Pro (FZ-G1), featuring Intel i5 core processor clocked at 1.9 GHz, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD. The device comes with a pixel resolution of 1,920×1,200. The tablet supports USB 3.0 & 2.0 ports, wired LAN, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and an optional Verizon LTE or 3G chip.
