Polaroid Launches iM1836 Android Mirrorless interchangeable lens Camera
Android powered cameras are nothing new to the market – we have already seen the Nikon’s CoolPix S800c, was world’s first Android based digital camera and the recent one called “Galaxy Android Camera” from Samsung. But Android powered Mirrorless camera is something new, in fact it could be the world’s first Android based mirrorless interchangeable lens camera from Polaroid. The product was showcased in the Consumer Electronics Show, 2013 and has gained a huge applause.
The model named iM1836 runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean featuring 10-30mm optical zoom lens, 3.5 inch display screen, 18 megapixel censor and with the capability to record full-HD video. iM1836 was manufactured by Sakar International, an authorized Polaroid licensee.

The camera is expected to be priced at $399 and will hit the market in the first quarter of this year.
