CES 2013 – Would you like to add a QWERTY Keyboard to your iPhone? SoloMatrix has designed the tactile TypeSmart Keyboard for iPhone 4 and iPhone 5. The tactile keyboard attaches on top of your iPhone and its keys connects with the iPhone’s on-screen keyboard. The keyboard doesn’t require charging, docking or an app, but works with the capacitive conductivity through the screens on iPhone 4 and iPhone 5.

How does the Spike TypeSmart Keyboard works?

Once the keyboard is attached to the iPhone, the keys makes contact with the iPhone’s on-screen keyboard, whenever a key is pressed. Each press will create a grounded state. The number key on the keyboard pushes the number menu on the iPhone’s on-screen keyboard.

Spike TypeSmart Keyboard is the right choice for those who dreamed to own an iPhone with QWERTY keyboard. But well, we are yet to try the case and not sure about how convenient it is.
