Tumblr hacked by GNAA – “Dearest Tumblr User” spreading viral ! Quicky remediation: Log off you Tumblr account!

The Gay Nigger Association of America (GNAA) is an anti-blogging Internet-trolling organization. They have trolled several prominent websites and Internet personalities including Slashdot, Wikipedia, CNN, Barack Obama’s campaign website, Alex Jones, and prominent members of the blogosphere.

These hackers have now created a worm to target Tumblr Brony tag, a meeting place for fans of My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic.

So if you get a message like the one below,

Just log of you browser.

Other things you could do-

> Just don’t use Tumblr right now- as there will be a fix sooner. Tweet from the tumblr also says the same!

> If at all, you feel to use Tumblr just restrict to your Dashboard and never follow any direct links!
> What if you are exploited? Close all the tags – delete all posts and change your password.

Tumblr has temporarily disabled posting to prevent the worm from spreading further! Lets wait for the cure soon!
