Lenovo announces Slim Windows 8 Yoga 2 Idea Pad [CES]

Unlike original Yoga Laptop, the new Lenovo Yoga 2 Laptop cum tablet looks lot slimmer. In the late 2012, Lenovo launched Yoga Laptop, which was bit uncomfortable to be a tablet. Now, the company has updated the device and calling it as Yoga 2 is seen at CES 2014. The Yoga 2 is available in two screen sizes; an 11-inch and 13-inch models which starts at $529. The smaller screen laptop is powered by quad core Intel Pentium processor, 500GB hard disk and weighs around 2.9 pounds.

The 13-inch Yoga weighs around 3.5 pounds, bit thicker than 11-inch model. It sports 1,920×1,080 pixel resolution display screen (Yoga 2 Pro comes with a pixel resolution of 3,200×1,800), a backlit keyboard and powered by Intel Core i5 processor. In the storage side, it will feature a 500GB hard disk, with SSD storage as an option.

Yoga 2 display comes with 360 degree hinges; provides an ultimate experience while using it as a tablet. Lenovo Yoga 2, loaded with Windows 8; the touch screen laptop for a decent price.
