iPhone 5S still a disappointing iPhone ?

Well, Many of you would be shocked when you hear the title. But that is true. The iPhone 5S surely is a disappointment for me. The iPhone 5S is just a minor improvement over the iPhone 5 and its like how the iPhone 4S was over the iPhone 4. Now, iPhone 4 was in every way the last time when Apple innovated. The company is failing to innovate and bring in new products (well, they are producing a lot) and different design. The iPhone 5 and 5S carry over the same design of the iPhone 4 and so do the iPads. This is also followed by Samsung !

The iPhone 5 certainly has certain improvements and features which are not to blame but the design ? OMG, it is the same as its brother of a previous generation. Here are some features of the iPhone that did not impress me…

> Apple Maps- The Apple Navigation service is all set to disappoint. The Maps service is constantly getting improved. But it is not as accurate and not that user friendly as the HERE Maps. The HERE mapping service has free offline navigation as well. And you don’t have to be bothered about data charges when you are roaming. Well, the offline feature is also available in the latest version of the Maps but Apple please be sure to improve it.

> Siri– Even though it is improved and can understand many different languages, it still cannot understand the simple English I speak. Google Now is better in many ways compared to the Apple counterpart.

> 64 bit architecture- The iPhone 5S hit the market advertising about the A7 and M7 co processor and also the 64 bit processing. Well, the 64 bit architecture is just a gimmick and is not useful to the consumer in any way. So why pay more for an useless feature? It also helps decrease your battery life in many ways. Cool feature isn’t it?

> Battery Life– The battery is set to ooze out by itself even if you don’t do any heavy tasks. A light task such as turning on and off your phone screen is set to lower the battery by 0.4% percent. The battery is sick. We need a doctor!
> Storage- The storage capacity of the iPhone comes to up to 64GB. But the addition of the 128Gb would be cool. But the cost sure is to hit roofs.

> microSD slot- The addition of a microSD slot would be amazing and would help the people who have a 16GB iPhone.
