Microsoft had only three CEO’s since it was founded in 1975 – Bill Gates (Founder), Steve Ballmer and the new CEO – Satya Nadella, an Indian. He was in charge of the Cloud and Enterprise division in Microsoft. Has a Master degree in Computer Science and Business Administration and has a high technical background in the company.

The board of directors also gets a new person which is the same as the CEO list- Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer and our new CEO. Analysts say that he is one of the safe picks as the new CEO and will surely help the company to become the top again in the tech sphere. Following this news, Nokia  is also likely to pick Rajeev Suri as its next CEO. This is due to the Microsoft acquisition of Nokia which is to be finalized and come into effect by the end of March. The estimates of the deal is around 8 million Euros. Here is a Letter to the Employees by Nadella. The Letter is surely long, but covers all personal details and what he is going to do in the company.

India is a country full of talent and Indian People are the most talented. We don’t have a great system of, be it, education or politics to realize this. When any new invention comes by, we tend to criticize it more than give it a positive view. This leads to more people going abroad to realize their possibilities and work over there which helps in increasing that country’s value thereby reducing our country’s value as well. To all you people, I ask you one thing. Make India Proud by giving your contribution here and not elsewhere.
