Samsung and Apple want to take their battles out of courts?!

Reuters have stated that Oh-Hyun kwon and Tim Cook, CEO of Samsung and Apple respectively have agreed to have battles out of court. They are trying to talk it out about their different patent battles and want to settle it in a peaceful manner without disrupting their sales across the world. The companies are preparing themselves for a “mediating session” on or before February 19, 2014.

Apple and Samsung are battling their time and money for patent violations (both the sides) and this has been going on for a few years. Reuters says that Apple has paid close to $60 million to its law firm and the spending of Samsung is not known. We don’t know which company came first with the settlement talks idea, but both the companies are in favour of having discussions out of the court. They rather not waste time and money and in turn can use this to have more productivity and come to a settlement in peace.

We guess we won’t be seeing any more battle between the top two companies. It looks like Samsung is redesigning its range of phones and so is Apple. So we won’t be seeing any complaints in the same design. You should have done this long ago Samsung! Better late than never.
