Winamp To Shut Down Services on December 20

Remember Winamp?! Yeah, it was a media player that ruled the days like the iTunes and media streaming services Pandora and Spotify rule music scene today. The media player has got a lot of skins and but barely made a turn since 1999. They released Android and Mac versions in 2010 and 2011, respectively, too late?!

So the 15 year era of Winamp is going to end by December 20. And we see a sad yet small banner notification on the Winamp’s site. The website and all the web services will shut down on December 20 and desktop player will not be available for download!
