If your Car Tyre turns orange, means you have to change it – Discolor Concept Tyre

Your car’s tyre are simply the most important part of a car; maintaining it properly means that you are safe to drive your car. But to learn when you need to change your tyre needs a bit of experience and even then it is not easy to tell the condition of the tyre by looking at it. Here’s a new concept “Discolor Tyre” that uses color coding to monitor the wear and tear of a Tyre.

The concept designed by Gao Fenglin and Zhou Buyi hopes to help the drivers to find out when the tyre has to be changed. Discolor Tyre looks like a traditional black rubber tyre, but comes with an orange-rubber embedded within. When the tyre runs more than 20,000 kms, the orange rubber is exposed to indicate that the tyre is worn out. When you see the orange color, that means its time to change the tyre.
