Nokia shareholders to approve the Microsoft Deal !

It has been some time since the proposed acquisition of Nokia by Microsoft. The deal was for $7.2 billion. The CEOs of the companies are set to decide the future for the two companies. I wondered who even let Stephen Elop into Nokia. The man is only destroying Nokia and is ready to destroy Microsoft too when he becomes the future CEO of the company.

Microsoft is set to acquire the Mobile and service divisions of Nokia and this would go on for another 10 years. The two companies who were the once Dominators before Android and iOS set in full fledge are not staggering to get where they were before. The brand name should be the same and all the phones are to be branded Nokia but the one main disadvantage for the Indian people would be the phones once set to be released will be released first in USA and then to all over Europe and then for India. This is what is saddening part of the deal. Nokia shareholders when polled were O.K. with the decision. Well a 99.7% were. Well, it is always “Majority wins” rule, isn’t it? Nokia would’ve been better off if it went its own way. But the Lumia range of Devices sure are amazing with just a few features missing which are sure to hit the devices soon. Then nothing should be of issue. We support you Nokia with your decisions. Go Nokia- FTW!!!!
