PhoneSoap Cleans your Phone while Charging

We use our phones everywhere, in a restaurant, while travelling and sometimes in a washroom. The chances of your phone getting dirty is more and is going to pick up a few germs along the way. PhoneSoap, a new project  attempts to clean your phone while its being charged. The project come with a device that helps you to charge and simultaneously clean your phone. The device uses a technology called UV-C light. The UV-C light is a kind of Ultraviolet light that are used in hospitals. The light is capable of penetrating through the walls of bacteria, which intern disrupts the bacterial DNA and making it less effective.

According to the product description, during the cleaning process, UV-C light glows on your phone from the bottom and top of the box for 3 to 5 minutes. Surrounding your phone with UV-C light helps killing the present bacteria. During the cleaning process, the box also charges the phone via Apple connector or micro USB cable.
