Space Shuttle Discovery, is one of the successful shuttle launched by NASA – the space agency of the United States. In 1984, Discovery was the third operational orbiter following the Columbia’s Challenger. The shuttle ended its final journey on March 9th 2012 at 10:57:17 CST. The last shuttle project documents the every stage of NASA’s final shuttle preparations. The Last Shuttle Project aimed at preserving the lessons learnt throught the launch, mission and the retirement of each of the shuttles. The project provides an 3D viewing experience using the time lapse photography by Rhonda Barczak.
