World’s first android powered robot news-readers unveiled

This news may disappoint some of our newscasters today! Japan unveiled android newscasters at the What is a Human? exhibition, Tokyo. Interestingly, these robots look lifelike and have a good sense of humor too! Kodomoroid and Otonaroid(names of robot newscasters) were able to react and interact with humans.

We have seen the progress in technology to make robots emote, do household chores, dance and diffuse bombs and even give you pleasure. But these are supposedly the world’s first news-reading robots!
