FreedomCase: Solution for your Microsoft Surface
Like most other people out there, I am very particular about device protection. The problem that I have always faced is that it has never been convenient to use a stand over a cover, or even if there was such a stand, the positions it offered were limited and not adjustable. And then I saw something interesting…
A new project has been kickstarted by Chris Leung, former NASA JPL software developer and his team of designers in San Francisco called the FreedomCase. This case has the quality of providing postures that can adapt to various surfaces. The user can prop it up in various angles suited to their usage convenience. It also has a provision for accommodating a stylus and it provides a means of being carried securely.

This project was launched this Valentine’s day, the 14th of February, and it has met it’s primary funding goal already. It is predictable that the production of the case will begin soon. The FreedomCase for Surface comes in either a Microfiber Cloth/Polyurethane ($39) or PU Leather/Polyuretheane version ($49) and fits all current and previous Surface models.
