New cars in US will feature Black Boxes like Airplanes : Bill passed in US Senate

According to the bill passed in the U.S Senate, the new cars sold in the country will contain a Black box like those used in the Airplanes. The Black boxes in the cars will enable the government to track the citizens in real time. The bill also says that the data can only be retrieved by the car owners, medical emergency workers in case of accident and by the investigation agencies (if approved by the court).

The Senate Bill 1813 titled ”Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act,” states that the black boxes must feature in all the cars in 2015.
