Liquid Image’s Ego Mini – A silent Wifi enabled, HD mini Video sports camera unveiled at CES!

Liquid Image just unveiled the latest mountable cam — the Ego Mini which can shoot  1080p video at 30 fps or 720p at 60 fps. It has an external battery that lasts for 4 hours when shooting video.

In camera mode, it can shoot 12-megapixel stills, giving all the features to be a Video Sports Camera!

Ego Mini is small and waterproof you could easily hook up the camera anywhere you like say your wrist, or peeking through your jacket, inside a motorbike helmet, or in various mount configurations, like four cams pointing in all directions for 360-degree recording, and two side-by-side for 3D video!

It is WiFi enabled and is WiFi enabled which means you could live-stream the videos! The Liquid Image app, which can work as a remote control for taking stills and changing settings of your camera could also pair with the camera and give you live output! The iOS app is out and android can be expected sooner.

Ego Mini is expected to arrive in stores in August 2013 costing $200.
