According to a report on Mashable, Facebook is charging its users for sending a message and keeping the message out off Zuckerberg’s “Other” Inbox at a $100 cost.

We already heard rumours that Facebook would charge it users for sending message to people who are not your friends, but this is the first time that we happen to hear that its $100 for messaging the CEO!
