Google Launches Amber alerts for Missing And Exploited Children
Google in coordination with the The National Center For Missing And Exploited Children has launched Amber Alerts in order to bring up emergency alerts when relevant to you. The main aim is to bring back abducted and missing children safe home.
The process how this will work is like; when you are going the search engine or maps, you will come to notice of these alerts – which are location controlled. Addition to this, you will get all related details about the missing child, so you could always help out the best!
“By increasing the availability of these alerts through our services, we hope that more people will assist in the search for children featured in AMBER Alerts and that the rates of safe recovery will rise,” Google’s Phil Coakley said in the blog post.
Also Google is looking to introduce this service sooner in Canada and Europe. Wait to see more!
