Users report problems with Nexus 4 – Distorted calls and buzzing sound in the earpiece

The much anticipated release of the this month was the Google’s Nexus 4 smartphone. Though the smartphone become a huge hit, few of its users started seeing issues with the device. Few of the nexus owners has experienced a strange buzzing sound emitted from the ear piece and few others have experienced distortion in their calls. The issue has been reported in the Google’s Android project site – where the complaints were mostly related to the sound emitted  near the ear piece or camera area.

The reason for the problem has not been identified yet, but the rumor says that problem might need more than a software fix. Though the issues did not affect the nexus sales, the side effects seems to drain the battery, thus affecting the ear piece to shut down between calls. According to the reports, Google seem to have taken up the issue seriously.
