Google Talk went down for two hours today affecting GMail and Google Apps users

Did you face problems with Google Talk today morning? Well, you were not the only victim. Google Talk went down for almost two hours today morning, mainly affecting the GMail and Google Apps users. But according to the reports, the Google Apps users seems to have affected more than the GMail users. The report also says that the first distruption happened around 6.40 a.m and the second one at 6.50am. After two hours again the service went down at 8.50 a.m and 9.50 a.m.

“Our team is continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by 7/26/12 9:50 a.m. with more information about this problem. Thank you for your patience.”

Immediately after the issue, the Twitter was seen with series of tweets discussing about the problem. We’ll update this post with more information once receive from the official sources.
