HERE Drive+ – our way into the future of Artificial Intelligence

It is good news. The HERE Drive+ has got a new update. Update may scare some people as to fearing what all features might be removed or force closing issues in Google Maps after update? No such worries. The update adds a lot of feature rather than remove them. HERE Drive+ – our way into the future of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The Here Drive+ was in beta for all this time and those who have been following this up closely will find that the Beta world written in Grey from the logo was missing a few updates back. That would mean only one thing. The app was in full flow. Even though the app was in beta, it would perform like it was a full fledged version. That is characteristic expected from Nokia to which the company also has given its full support. The Nokia based Navigation service’s license was sold to an individual Navigation company B.V.Europe. This company has released its latest update. The update brings you more and more features. The features  are:

* Real Time Traffic Update.- you might have heard Real time security, real time networking, etc. But what is this real time Traffic? It means that the service will find you traffic updates, and estimated time of arrival at your destination and other routes you may take to decrease arrival time.
* Turn by Turn navigation – Most of you may say, this was already there in the previous update but this version gets extended turn by turn navigation even to unknown areas in your own same area where you lived for about 15 years.
* Find My Car – Most of you may find this feature very very useful. In a heavily loaded parking lot, finding your car maybe difficult. This feature will have one main advantage. Once you arrive at your destination, your drive maps will store the location of your car and will help you find your car easily. It uses Augmented Reality like HERE Maps to locate the car.
