An Australian bought new iPad and teared it down to see its features!

The new iPad is releasing today! Before you guys rush to the shops, here is the quick list about the new iPad’s notable features. According to the reports from Mashable, iFixIt’s CXO Luke Soules was first to pick his iPad at the Telstra store in Melbourne, Australia. The Australian, has also took the device into apart to engineer out what’s under the hood.

Here’s the quick list of new iPad features,

Huge Battery – 42.5 watt-hour

The new iPad battery is really huge. It comes with a 42.5 watt-hour battery, which is an huge improvement over the iPad2’s 25 watt-hour power. This huge battery is a good feed for the extra RAM and 4G LTE in iPad 3.

A5X Processor from Samsung

It features Samsung’s A5X processor. It features 1GHz dual core CPU and according to the reports, Apple claims the processor to be more powerful than the Nvidia’s Tegra 3 processor. It also has Quad-core graphics processor.

Display & Camera

The iPad-3 has 9.2 inch display and has 2048 x 1536-pixel retina display, 5-megapixel camera (with the same optics sensor from the iPhone 4S) and 1080p video recording.

Memory

16, 32, or 64 GB flash memory.
