Apple makes a record sale of 3 Million iPads in 3 days

Here is the record, yet again from Apple. Apple the iPad maker announced on monday that it has made a record sale of 3 million devices since its launch on March 16.

“The new iPad is a blockbuster with three million sold―the strongest iPad launch yet” says Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of worldwide marketing. He also added that  “Customers are loving the incredible new features of iPad, including the stunning Retina display, and we can’t wait to get it into the hands of even more customers around the world this Friday.”

According to the reports, the sale numbers for iPad 3 is huge than its previous versions. The new iPad was launched in 12 countries on March 16 and its launch will be expanded to 24 additional countries on March 23 at 8AM local time.
