Jack Dorsey ,  an American web developer and businessman widely known as the creator of Twitter and as the founder and CEO of Square, is spotted with English model and actress speding holidays on a luxury Yatch.

It is not been confirmed on status of their relationship, it seems the pair have become close, says a report from the MailOnline .
