MagSkin, a magnetic skin for iPhone 4 & 4S that sticks vertically on to a metal surface

Few prefer to keep their phone in a pocket and few others prefer to place it in front of them, so that they don’t forget to carry it along with them. But how about hanging your phone on a fridge, steel cupboard, or other metal surface? Well, a Kickstarter project aims to provide that facility for your iPhone 4 and 4S. “MagSkin”, a kickstarter project with 101 backers and with a pledged goal of $25,000 aims to provide a magnetic skin to your smartphone that can stick vertically on a metal surface. MagSkin is an adhesive skin that can be applied to your iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S to support the weight of the smartphone when placed vertically against a metal surface or other ferrous metal. The skin is of 1 millimeter in thickness with an added custom outer vinyl sheet that includes access for the real facing camera and flash. Never be worried of your phone getting dirty, the MagSkin puts pressure sensitive adhesive that can be easily removed and will keep your phone clean. The skin can be easily adjusted to align with your phone. MagSkin is available in black, purple, pink, green, orange and silver colors and comes with a snake skin texture.
