Major power outage at Superdome – 35 minutes Super Bowl halt !

Super bowl at New Orleans Superdome halted for nearly 35 minutes of play due to a major power outage. The sources say that too much of electricity was being sent to the Superdome which caused a surge for power outage. Entergy New Orleans was providing the energy for Superdome. The outage lasted for more than 30 minutes !

There is nothing foul play has been noticed says the police officials. The spectators in the stadium were not panic due to this sudden power outage, instead they were doing wave when the lights went off. During the third quarter of the super bowl the power outage was happened which made the game delay by at least 20 minutes.
