Micromax turns to be the first Indian Manufacturer of Windows devices – Announces two new budget handsets

If you are in India and wanted to buy Windows Phones, here is some good news! Micromax, a leading producer of Android handsets, which had been recently gaining popularity among the Indian crowd has announced two mobiles; Canvas Win W092 and W121 – which will run on Windows Phone 8.1 OS.

On the launch Sanjay Kapoor, Chairman of Micromax said, “With our vision to democratize technology and belief in providing consumers with choice of platforms, we are pleased to introduce a new range of Windows-based phones. I am pleased that Micromax is the only Indian mobile phone brand to be present across the two most popular operating platforms in the world.”
