This newly launched hatchback series is powered by a 1.0-litre K series petrol mill, which is capable of generating high power, mediocre mileage and an extremely superior performance. This engine, which is currently employed for powering the existing version of Maruti Wagon R, comes equipped with 3-cylinders that produce a displacement capacity of about 998cc.

Power and Transmission

The multi-point fuel injection system enables the engine to deliver reliable performance, the K series petrol mill has been fabricated so to churn out a maximum power of 67.1bhp at 6200rpm and produces 90Nm of maximum torque output at 3500rpm. The Stingray is available with the same tail lamp cluster in the rear profile as they were in the existing version of Wagon R with a slimmer and sleeker look sporting a chrome finish surrounding it. The all new Maruti Suzuki Stingray has the exterior measurements or dimension almost similar to the prevalent version of Wagon R. The wheelbase is of about 2400mm and the minimum ground clearance of this hatchback is about 165 meters and the turning radius is close to 4.6 meters, which prove its competence and excellence.
