Huawei announces world’s fastest smartphone – Ascend P2
BARCELONA – Huawei made some sensible announcement during the Mobile World Congress, which showed some signs of determination, nothing impossible and bigger dreams. “Today is the day that Huawei grows up”, said Amy Lou, global brand director for Huawei device. The company made use of its press meet to reveal Ascend P2 smartphone, which the company claims as the World’s fastest smartphone. World’s fastest smartphone doesn’t mean in terms of CPU, but aims to provide fastest internet speed upto 150 Mps powered by the new LTE Cat4 chip.
Huawei Ascend P2 is an Android smartphone, which features 4.7 inch display screen, powered by quad core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. The handset sizes 8mm in thickness, will sport 13 megapixel camera with BSI and HDR capability and 2420mAh battery.

According to the reports, Huawei Ascend P2 will hit the market during the second quarter of 2013 and will price around 399 euros.
