Samsung launches OmniaHD in India
Mobile Handset maker Samsung has announced the launch of Omnia HD in Indian Market. Omnia HD is full-touch handset, equipped with 720P high Definition (HD) video recording and 9.4 cm amoled screen. This phone is also known as i8910 HD depending on region it sells. It features 16 min. colors and 360×640 pixel resolution, just like Nokia XpressMusic. Its 8 megapixel camera allows HD video capture and playback, which makes this set a pioneer among all the cell phones in the market. The device supports DivX and Xvid Video Support. The Omnia HD runs with Symbian OS modified with manufacturers TouchWiz 3D Interface. It comes with 8 or 16 GB of inbuilt memory and can support upto 32 GB of external memory.
The battery runtime for this set is impressive – 13.5 hours of talk time, 600 hours in standy, 6.8 hours of continuous HD video playback and 4.1 hours of HD video capture.
Totally Omnia HD can be used to talk, take pictures, capture videos, listen to music and be connected to friends using social networks.
