T-mobile debuts its first 3G modem USB webconnect
Being the 3G’s world, its important for T-mobile to come up with its own 3G based webconnect. T-mobile felt the time was right to roll out its new USB Laptop stick.
Being manufactured by Huawei Technologies Co., this cute looking portable USB stick lets you to connect to internet on your laptop using T-Mobile’s 3G network or Wi-Fi, and comes with built-in T-Mobile Connection Manager software to automatically detect the best available Internet connection.
The webConnect laptop stick offers tri-band 3G connectivity (HSDPA/UMTS 1900/AWS/2100), so it can be used on compatible networks available in overseas. It is also compatible with GPRS/EDGE networks.
This webConnect will be available in select T-mobile retailer shops and will be sold from March 25.
The price ranges are expected to be $49 to $50.
