Ticketmaster slashes CAPTCHA for Non-User Friendly

The world’s biggest online retailer TicketMaster dumped CAPTCHA to make their service more user friendly. According to the reports, the company will anti-spamming system developed by Solve Media. Ticketmaster claims that CAPTCHA shows up nonsensical words that are hard to make out. Instead the new anti-bot of ticketmaster presents, questions or well known phrases to translate. Interestingly the questions are framed based on brand identity, which intern helps the company to make big money from it.

Initially, it used be simple, readable words, but as the bots became more sophisticated, the phrases and presentation of the words became harder to read for computers and humans alike.
