iPhone 5S or iPhone 5C – Which model best suits your need?
On September 10th, Apple announced two big mobiles in the market – iPhone 5S and iPhone 5c. Later one is much cheaper than the traditional Apple style smartphone. If you are an iPhone geek and wish to upgrade your old device; then you should decide between these two models. Well, this article is never going to suggest which model you should buy, but a comparison between the models are told here. The major difference between the models are : As I told earlier iPhone 5S is costlier ($199 for 16GB, $299 for 32GB, $399 for 64GB) and iPhone 5C costs $99 for 16GB, $199 for 32GB. Look wise, both the models are in similar size. Casing of the model and its color plays major difference when we talk about design; iPhone 5C comes with soft silicon rubber, whereas iPhone 5S comes with an anodized aluminium body. iPhone 5C is available in bright colors – blue, pink, green, white and yellow, whereas iPhone 5S comes in standard gray, gold and silver colors.
Now the power; as expected iPhone 5S, the costlier one sports 64 bit mobile processor, which should provide double the performance of iPhone 5C. If you are a power user who loves to play graphics rich games or apps, then 5S is the better option.
On the security part – iPhone 5S comes with Touch ID, which is actually a fingerprint sensor that replaces the lock screen code. It means, you will never see a login screen when you authenticate via Touch ID. iPhone 5C comes with a major improvements in FaceTime, better support for LTE networks.
