Nokia 1520 Compared with Xperia Z, Note 3 and iPhone 5S
It has been a while or to say a few days since the release of the First Phablet of the Lumia Range- The Lumia 1520. The 1520 has a killer 6″ 1080p screen with a 387ppi and comes with ClearBlack display. It has 32GB on board and can be expanded via card slot (up to 64 GB); that gives you a total of a whooping 96 GB. That is also quite adequate for a large collection of music, videos and photos.
Well the actual news is, Nokia has taken a shot with the 1520, the Galaxy Note 3, The iPhone 5S and the Xperia Z Ultra (The same photo in all the phones, of course). The 1520 gives a better brightness and better clarity when compared to the other phones.
The Nokia Lumia 1520 has a 20MP Camera with PureView and Carl Zeiss Optics. The Xperia Z Ultra has a 20.7MP shooter whereas the Note 3 has a 13MP Camera. The iPhone 5S has a 8MP camera. It is not the MP count that matters but rather the image quality, the noise in the image (lower is better ) and the clarity. As seen from the image above, the Lumia 1520 has a clear win over the other smartphone due to its saturation and vivid brightness. Nokia says that it is due to its ClearBlack plus the Apica Assertive Display technology. It also has a clear sunlight legibility than the other Smartphones (that too, without losing battery power!). This is in fact a feat by the Finnish company and this is sure to bring some more loyal customers to yet another Legend in the smartphone field- Nokia.
