YouTube will delete all of its Videos, as it is shutting down on April 1st [Shocking News]

Oh no! Another shocking news from Google that the company is planning to shutdown YouTube after successful eight years of service. Google recently announced that it will shutdown Google Reader and now this shocking news was unveiled in a video posted on YouTube. The video was created along with The Onion, which details about how YouTube was launched eight years ago and how it became the best video sharing site in internet. Here’s what Tim Liston, communications director at YouTube told in the video,

“We are so close to the end. Tonight at midnight, YouTube.com will no longer be accepting entries. After eight amazing years, it’s finally time to review everything that has been uploaded to our site and begin the process of selecting a winner.”

YouTube Prank Video - Shutting Down

According to the video, the company is planning to reward the best videos that were posted to the site from its inception. The reward program will consist a panel of judges, who will watch each every video and review them for next 10 years. So until then, the site will not accept any new videos after today’s night. Once the best videos are selected by the judges, the winners will be rewarded in 2023 and the site will be relaunched.

Ok! Ok! Before you guys go mad at me, let me unfold the truth here. It’s a prank video created by Google & YouTube as a part of April Fool’s Day Celebration.
