It is specifically an Android “app” that could change your phone’s home screen and core features just to make you more social! The app will be available for download at the Google Play at April 12th.
Facebook Home will work on selected devices, since the company has to work with other hardware partners to make it compatible. So, far the HTC One, HTC One X, HTC First, Samsung Galaxy SIII, Samsung Galaxy S4 and Samsung Galaxy Note II seems to work with Facebook Home. For Android tablets, the feature is expected to come in few months.
The HTC First is the “first” phone to launch with Facebook Home built in as the core skin. The device has a 4.3-inch 720p display, a 1.4 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 16GB of storage, 1GB of memory and running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
